You can purchase COES in the following ways:
- by phone: via ESV's IVR system;
- by mail: send a completed application form with a money order or your credit card details;
- in person: bring your completed application form to Level 5, Building 2, 4 Riverside Quay, Southbank

Certificate costs (from July 1)
- Prescribed $29.30
- Non-prescribed $7.10
- Periodic (ongoing) $679.40
When you purchase certificates, individual certificate numbers are recorded against your registration or licence number and are not transferable to another person.
