Priority service

As you would expect reports of leaking gas and other gas emergencies receive the highest priority response from your gas distributor or supplier. If you smell gas in your home, or other occupied building, and you are connected to a meter and gas main, you can expect an emergency gasfitter to be with you within One Hour.


LP Gas in tanks and cylinders

LP Gas from tanks and cylinders can be isolated at the tank or cylinder isolation valve. Only approach tanks and cylinders if its safe to do so. Given the dispersal of LP Gas across rural Victoria it is not possible to respond to LP Gas leaks and emergencies in one hour however, your supplier will use best endeavors to attend to a request for assistance. If you have a fire at your tank or cylinder call 000 and ask for the fire service.
