ESV planned outage

On Sunday 16th of February (between 7.30am - 8.30am), we will be conducting routine systems maintenance. During this time systems normally available to you will be unavailable. The following systems will be affected:

• ESVConnect
• GasTrac
• IVR
• ERAC registration and ERAC certification.

Impact on phone system As the phone system is affected, callers to ESV will not get any of the usual messages, in particular, if there is an emergency they will not be able to select that option.

• If you need to report an electrical incident please call 1800 000 922.
• If you need to report a gas incident please call your gas distribution company.
