ESVConnect: planned system outages

The time required for this weekend's planned outage has been extended to allow for a full system backup after the upgrade has been carried out. ESVConnect will now be offline for up to 39 hours, from 6am Saturday, 23 May to 9pm Sunday, 24 May 2020. We apologise if you are inconvenienced and remind that the IVR system and paper COES are not affected by this outage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upgrades and enhancements in May 2020

During May, ESVConnect will inaccessible on two occasions as we conduct system enhancements and a major upgrade of the platform, which will deliver an improved user experience with an easier to use interface.

7pm to 11pm Monday, 11 May 2020

ESVConnect will be offline and inaccessible for approximately four hours to implement system enhancements.

6am Saturday, 23 May to 9pm Sunday, 24 May 2020

ESVConnect will be offline and inaccessible for approximately 39 hours to perform a major upgrade of the system platform, including implementing an improved user interface.

ESVConnect for COES, Licensing and Registration, and Cathodic Protection will be unavailable during these periods. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by these outages. Paper COES and the IVR system are not affected by these outages.
