10am Saturday 16 October to 10am Monday 18 OctoberESV’s gas application system, GasTrac, will be offline and inaccessible from 10:00am, Saturday 16th to 10:00am, Monday 18th October 2021 (48 hours) while we undertake a major platform and system upgrade. The new GasTrac platform will look and feel the same to users but it will load faster and be more mobile friendly, with improved performance across all mobile device platforms. The upgrade will also deliver considerable improvements to back end functionality:
- an intuitive and efficient internal workflow
- enhanced platform security, and
- our teams can deploy future enhancements faster.
During the outage period users will not be able to submit gas applications.We advise our GasTrac users to plan ahead and submit their gas applications early in the week, prior to 4pm on Friday 15th October. Once the new system is live, users will be able to login and submit applications as usual. We understand outages of this nature can be inconvenient, and we thank our GasTrac users for their patience as we work to improve and upgrade GasTrac.
