The Paper COES IVR phone system will be offline and inaccessible for approximately five hours while we add new functionality, perform maintenance and system upgrades. will be available for the purchase and lodgement of Electronic COES during this outage. Paper COES – IVR system enhancements Energy Safe Victoria is performing a number of updates to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system to improve functionality and efficiency for users lodging Paper COES. This functionality applies to all Paper COES that are required to be lodged through Energy Safe Victoria’s IVR system.
