In August 2021 ESV delivered our baseline report measuring stakeholder and regulated entity satisfaction with our regulatory performance.
We will undertake annual surveys with stakeholders to gain insights into sector specific issues and improve our services.
In 2022 we will survey the broader community as well, to understand their attitudes towards ESV and perceptions of our performance.
