The Public Interest Disclosure Act and ESV
The Public Interest Disclosures Act facilitates the making of disclosures of improper conduct and detrimental action by public officers and public bodies. People who make such disclosures are commonly referred to as whistleblowers.
ESV has established procedures as required by the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012.

Disclosures of improper conduct by ESV
Disclosures of improper conduct by ESV must be made to the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC).
