We are committed to providing accessible content to the Victorian community.

Overview

Energy Safe Victoria is committed to ensuring that information on our website is widely accessible and all sectors of the community have access to all the information contained on our websites and online resources.

This site is designed to meet or exceed all Level AA checkpoints of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where possible.

  • provide you with the information in an alternative format, and
  • attempt to rectify the accessibility issue as soon as possible.

Increasing text size

To improve visibility you can resize the text in your browser. There are different ways to do this depending on the browser you are using for example Safari, Edge, Firefox, Chrome. See your browser's help pages or see How to Change Text Size or Colors

Energy Safe endeavours to ensure critical documents and resources are available in HTML or PDF format.
