Gas bottles now come with a new valve that reduces the risk of gas leaks and
barbecue fires.
The new valve connects slightly differently to your old one but the main difference is that it will only
allow gas to flow when it's securely connected.
If it's not the gas flow will stop.
You don't need to buy a new barbecue because your current one will connect to the new valve.
If you do buy a new barbecue you'll need a new bottle to fit the new connection on the barbecue hose.
Never use an adapter to connect.
