ESV's GasTrac is the online tool
to submit gas applications to Energy Safe
Victoria using Google Chrome go to
the ESV website www.esv.vic.gov.au and select
ESVConnect.
Click on the GasTrac link
located at www.esv.vic.gov.au/ESVconnect
This will take you to the
GasTrac login screen where you can
commence the user registration process.
At the bottom left of the login screen
select 'create an account' now. To begin
the registration process. You must be a
licensed gas fitter to register for ESC
connect GasTrac. Use of ESV Connect is
bound by terms and conditions of use.
Please familiarize yourself with these
terms and conditions before you register
for GasTrac. Click on 'accept' to
continue. Fill in the fields on the
validation page to complete the first
stage of the registration process. When
all fields are populated click Next to
progress.
Fill in the fields requesting your
contact details. note that your email
address will become your username.
Click finish to submit and
complete the registration process.
When you see this screen you have
successfully entered your details into
ESVConnect GasTrac.
An email will be sent to the address you
provided to validate your registration, and
you will be asked to set up your password
to your account.
Click on the link in the email, and you
will be taken to the 'complete
registration' page. Enter and confirm your
new user password. Your password must be
a minimum of 8 characters and be a
combination of numbers and letters.
Click 'accept' to finalize your registration
and login.
When you see this screen your registration
has been successful you can now access and use
ESVConnect GasTrac for all your complex gas
and exemption applications.
Click on the Return button to take you back
to the login screen or using Google Chrome,
login to ESVConnect GasTrac with your username and
password.
Remember your username is your
registered email address. Use of ESVConnect
GasTrac is bound by terms and conditions
of use. Each time you log in these terms
and conditions will appear please familiarize yourself
with the terms and conditions and click
accept to continue. now you have logged
in you are ready to use ESP Connect gas
track GasTrac allows you to
create and lodge gas applications
to respond to ESV's requirements
your closed applications
manage your user profile
and create admin user accounts.
