The gas work being performed is
in a building greater than 10 stories
has a gas load greater than 3.8 Giga joules
or has a gas measuring pressure greater
than 200 kilo Pascals due to these
requirements, the application requires
information associated with scheduled
8 of the gas regulations.
Once the complex part one details are
complete and correct, select 'next to
progress to the schedule 8 detail section of
the application.
You are now required to populate the
schedule 8 information. For each
line item you must specify if
the information is attached not
applicable or to be supplied.
If attached information was indicated a
minimum of one attachment must be made
to progress the application.
Gas information sheet 53 on the ESV
website can be utilized to assist with
understanding what schedule 8
information is required.
Once the schedule 8 details are complete
and correct, select 'next' to progress to the
review and submit section of the
application.
You have now reached the final stage
of the application process.
Expand all fields and review the
information entered. Any errors
identified can be fixed by returning to
the relevant screen in the process and
editing entered information. When you are
happy with the information being true
and correct, make the intent to comply
statement schedule 10, by selecting the
checkbox and select 'submit'.
Your application has now been
successfully submitted to ESV. An
acknowledge receipt email is sent to the
email address stated in your application
select return to main menu to return to
the user form.
