Once you have read and understood the
request from ESV, provide the information
by inserting information in the
text box and/or by attaching the
information by using the add attachment
button at the bottom of the screen.
Now that you have provided the information
requested submit the information and ESV
will receive the information added. ESV
can now continue processing your
application. When you have submitted the
request for information close the
application by selecting the 'close'
button on the top right of the screen.
You can now continue responding to other
applications in the 'needs response' work
list.
