The recent inspection had non-compliant
items that you have rectified. You now
need to notify ESV that rectification
works are complete.
Open the gas application and you are
presented with the issued non-compliances
from your recent inspection.
The completion of the
non-compliance is acknowledged by
selecting 'compliance met' on each item
listing to review all details of the
non-compliance prior to responding to
ESV.
The details can be viewed by
clicking the down arrow next to the
non-compliance detailed text. This
expands the detailed information. This
information includes
- non-compliant Standard clause
- what the breach was and
- the location of the breach.
There may be exceptional cases where
compliance cannot be met. This may
include not being able to access client's
premises, contractual disputes or disagreements
over issued non-compliance. This will formally notify
ESV that in your opinion compliance
cannot be met when this is submitted.
Your application will be placed on hold.
The application will not progress and
ESV will be in contact with you ASAP to
address the issue.
When you have responded to all non-compliance
select the 'submit' button at the bottom of the
screen and your response will be sent to
ESV to review. Some non-compliant items
may be re-inspected.
When you have submitted the
non-compliance responses, close the
application by selecting the 'close'
button on the top right of the screen.
You can now continue responding to other
applications in the'needs response'
worklist.
