You may wish to add an admin user to
your profile to enable office staff to
make or update an application on your
behalf.
To add an admin user select 'manage admin
user' from the menu on the left hand side
of your screen. From this screen you can
manage admin users for your account. This
includes adding, deactivating or deleting
users.
To add a new admin user select 'add
admin user'. Add the first and last name
of the new admin user as well as the
person's email address.
The email address will become the admin
user's unique ID.
When fields are populated select 'submit'
to progress. You have now completed the
first part of the admin user
registration.
The admin user has now received a confirm
and activate email.
To setup the password for their profile.
When the new admin user selects the link
in the confirm and activate email, this
screen is presented the admin user.
Now enter a password of a minimum of 8
characters letters and numbers and
acknowledge linking to the licensed
person's profile. Admin user selects
'submit' to finalize creating profile.
The registration of the admin user has
been successful.
You can now return to the 'manage admin users'
to view and manage admin users.
The licensed user receives a
success email notifying them the admin
user has been linked to their profile.
From the manage admin user screen you
can now view and manage the recently
added admin user from this screen.
The admin user on your profile can be
deactivated or deleted permanently
Managing the admin user is licensed
user's responsibility. The status of the
admin user can be changed by the
licensed user by unchecking the user
active check box, and selecting 'submit'.
The admin user can be deactivated and
reactivated at a later time.
The admin user can be deleted by the
licensed user if it is no longer required
by checking the delete user checkbox and
selecting submit.
After deleting admin user you can return
to your user portal by selecting
'back to GasTrac'
